Hi to everybody looking in at my blog,

I didn't realise that facebook was such a powerful outlet for me and my used car business, I guess that I have got a bit behind on technology, I have been too busy trying to build a solid foundation over the last 4 years, the muddied waters are finally beginning to clear as there are now 4 of us working here at acar2go which gives me a bit more time to concentrate on consolidating on the formula that I have created.

I have a webtracker attached to my website which allows me to see where the leads are coming from and thus plan better for my advertising and marketing spend, facebook has lifted my site traffic by more than 40% overnight, that's really quite impressive!

People often ask me why is my business so different or what is my USP (Unique Selling Point) I tell them that it is simple, treat people like you want to be treated yourself, believing in Karma or what goes around comes around has guided me well, if only more people could adopt this philosophy then we would all get along so much better.

I am also often asked by prospective customers, "Why should I buy from you as opposed the the dealers or any other garages, in a nutshell I tell them to look up "acar2go" on google, if they see anything that you don't like then not to deal with me, they always come back and buy!

This is a good benchmark to assess what other dealers are like, many would be very scared of you looking them up!

Happy New 5th Year of Trading for acar2go

acar2go is now in its 5th Year of Trading and doing exceptionally well.

I would like to Thank all of our customers that have bought from us and effectively kept us going.

acar2go is a local company that was started in November 2007 by me Mark Duncan, since that time I have given gainful employment to one then Two local people, I also only use local business suppliers.

In the last full year of trading we have turned over in excess of £2,000,000 Million Pounds, that's a big injection of shared funds into the local community.

I am now looking to take on an Apprentice/Trainee, acar2go is not on the same level as Lord Alan Sugar however we are a friendly, enthusiastic and growing company.

In the main we offer used cars from £1,500 to £12,000 although we can get any car for any budget, we sell anywhere from 30-55 used cars per month at a very reasonable mark up which certainly makes our vehicles stand out from the crowd.

At acar2go our philosophy is that the Customers must be treated with respect, we do not see them as ££££ Pound signs, when we do secure their business we ensure that if they have any teething troubles with the car after they take it away that we look after them.

When you look after a customer they feel valued and will reward your good service with their repeat custom, they will also be confident to refer their friends, family and colleagues.

It's not rocket science, the principle is Big money in, small money out! When a customer buys a car from us they are making a deposit into our bank account, when they have a problem we allow them to make a withdrawal, when they buy another car they will be making yet another deposit.

I think that the Secret of a good used car sales business is as follows:

Offer good quality cars at a fair price and get the car right for the customer in the first place so that we do not waste their time, the majority of the money they deposit then stays in our account.

Then check out Perrys website and see the exact same cars for £8695!!!!!!! An astounding mark up by any standards.

I am stating on autotrader that mine are amongst the cheapest in the UK I do believe that statement is true.

Don't be duped or you will lose a fortune!

Finally got my account back after disastrous password episode!

Hi,

I have missed blogging, it gives me a chance to let people know how well we are doing at acar2go.

Since my last blog in January 2011, I have taken on another employee and the Company is rising from strength to strength, we now have a floating level of stock that of over 50 used cars!

We carry out regular promotions like the NHS Discount card that we offer to all NHS employees.

I have an absolutely rigid no haggle policy, I find that customers like this because there is no uncomfortableness either for them or us, I also research the market to ensure that my prices are amongst the most competitive on the internet.

I always say to customers that come to me that they are not only buying the car they are also buying a piece of me, I will take their calls relating to any concerns regarding their car up to 9pm in the evening.

I will also do everything in my power to keep them on the road should they encounter any misfortune with their vehicle.

I offer a level of customer care that is second to none in the industry, I say to people that are wavering that they should check the customer reviews for acar2go and those of my competitors on google or any other search engine to be sure that they are not about to make a monumental mistake.

My credentials are impeccable, I always bend over backwards to help MY customers, ask yourself before you make a purchase, "Do you trust the person that is in front of you and is about to take your money to resolve concerns after the sale?" If the answer is no then vote with your feet and walk my way.
